Returns & Refund Policy

No Exchange or Refunds for Incorrectly selected goods

Choose the products that you purchase carefully. We are a WHOLESALE company not a RETAIL STORE.  It is at Jorgensen Albums Pty Ltd (“Jorgensen”) discretion to refund monies for incorrectly purchased products.

Faulty Goods Return

While every care is taken in the manufacture and supply of products, if a delivered product is faulty, please call us immediately and we will replace that product at no charge to you or refund your money. Jorgensen will only accept returns of faulty goods for a period of 30 days from date of invoice. Jorgensen may, at it’s discretion, not accept return of faulty goods that have been partially used, incorrectly stored, water or otherwise damaged or mistreated in anyway unless it can be proven to have been done by Jorgensen or it’s couriers prior to or during shipment.
Jorgensen may elect not to have the faulty goods returned but if it does require the faulty goods to be returned then Jorgensen will bear all costs to do so.

Damaged Goods in Transit

Jorgensen packs each order with great care and individual attention. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please notify us within 48 hours after receiving the damaged goods. We will replace the item/s at no charge to you. Jorgensen may elect not to have the damaged goods returned but if it does require the damaged goods to be returned then Jorgensen will bear all costs to do so.

Wrong Goods Delivered

Mistakes can happen, and if the goods delivered to you are not as ordered then Jorgensen will replace those goods at no charge to you. Jorgensen may elect not to have the wrong goods returned but if it does require the wrong goods to be returned then Jorgensen will bear all costs to do so.
